The Department is providing education in the field of B.Sc. IT, leading students to take the best advantage of the Vocational course in the corporate sector as well as the other allied occupations. The Department has qualified and dedicated faculty members who mentor students on academic as well as corporate grounds. The Department arranges Orientation Programme for students of the college to make them aware of the avenues and importance of studying Information Technology.

BSc IT course is pursued by candidates who are passionate about computer programming, IT systems, database management, software testing, software and hardware designing and networking. Candidates who have a BSc IT degree can start working in software companies or IT department across various sectors. With the growing use of Computers and Information Technology in our day to day life, it is necessary that we have the trained man power to manufacture, maintain and use the Computers & Information Technology to write the effective and efficient software required for the market.
