Entertainment and design industries occupy huge business potential today. It comes in the form of promotional interior design visualization, special effects in film and television, animated creation of different 2D and 3D characters, gaming and presentation of different objects in front of the viewer with emotional effects. Film, advertising and media industries are using the techniques of animation for more effective advertising and promotion. Also, the new trend of decorating our homes and office along with the apartment culture and has led to a rapid growth of the interior design industry. This course is providing the opportunities to the students who intend to drive their career in this magical world of artistic creation and presentation.

Animation is a satisfying and lucrative profession and is attracting youngsters in droves towards it. Professionals new to this industry generally work in the capacity of junior animators in animation studios and production houses.

Aim & Objective:

B.A. in Animation & Interior Design course has been formulated with the objective to equip the students with knowledge, skill and deep critical & creating thinking of Animation & Interior Design needed to excel the today's expanding era. It also provides opportunity to students to be trained in the art of interior designing which is aimed at equipping students with human, technical, sociological, historical and artistic knowledge.

Programmes:

  • The Department offers full time B.A. in Animation & Interior Design programme.
  • The three-year undergraduate programme B.A. in AID is divided into six semesters. It provides a wide range of ideas and concepts about Image Editing, 2D & 3D Animation, 3D Modeling, 3D Lighting & Rendering, Audio Editing, Video Editing, Interior & Exterior Desing Visualisation, Advanced Visual Effects and Architectural Walk, and 3D portfolio.
