Documents Required for Online Form Filling:

1. Candidate Valid Email-ID and Mobile Number.
2. Passport Size Color Photo, with Blue or White Background, Showing Both Ears.
3. Candidate Signature in jpg format size between 5 to 50 kb.
4. 12^th Board Marks Sheet (Scan From Original/Internet Copy).
5. Caste Certifcate only for ST/SC/BC-I/BC-II (Scan From Original Copy).
6. Differently Abled Certificate (Only For Differently Abled Candidate)
7. Baptism Certificate only for Christians and Roman Catholic candidates (Original Scan Copy).

Documents Required at the time of Admission:

1. Original 10^th Certificate showing Name, Father's Name and DOB.
2. College/School Leaving Certificate & Migration Certificate (Original).
3. Character Certificate (Original).
4. 12^th Board Marks Sheet (Xerox 2 copies).
5. 12^th Board Admit Card (Xerox 1 copy).
6. Recent Color Photographs (2 stamp size and 2 passport size).
7. Income Certificate (Xerox) For ST/SC/BC-I/BC-II
8. Caste Certificate (Xerox) For ST/SC/BC-I/BC-II.
9. Anti Ragging Declaration & Undertaking.
