Payment Terms & Conditions

Candidates are advised to pay Online Application Form fee. Students may use their parent's or their own bank account to make the payment.

Online payment of Application Form Fee can be made, using the following modes.

 Net Banking.
 Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro, Rupay).
 Credit Card.

For making online payment of Application Form fee, login to St Xavier's College Online application portal and follow the instructions thereafter. After successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the Online Application portal of St. Xavier's College Ranchi, Generate receipt of the payment made and produce the same as and when required. St. Xavier's College, Ranchi does not charge any processing fee or service charges from the students for online payment. However, the students have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks. The student is required to pay the fee by the due date as notified. Don't pay application form fee using NEFT/RTGS.

If your payment fails with any reason and fee amount is deducted from your account, don't take another attempt to pay again, email your failed payment details at helpdesk@sxcran.org

If your payment fails with any reason and the amount is not deducted from your account, make another payment for online application form.

In case of double payment, send an email with full details at helpdesk@sxcran.org. Do not pay an online fee directly through NEFT or RTGS. Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever. For any payment related issue, please email us at: helpdesk@sxcran.org along with your Registration No.
